Mix Mewa aims to provide top quality organic products. If you experience an issue, our return policy is outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order if:

  • You received the wrong product
  • The product was damaged upon arrival
  • The packaging was tampered with

Items Not Eligible

Because we sell consumable organic goods, the following are not returnable:

  • Opened honey jars
  • Used or unsealed ghee and oil bottles
  • Saffron packs with seals removed

Return Process

  2. Provide order number and pictures of the issue.
  3. Our team will verify and arrange return pickup if approved.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a Mix Mewa mistake, shipping is free. Otherwise, the customer covers the return cost.
