  • The product arrived damaged
  • The product is sealed and unused

Refund Method

Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method within 7 to 14 working days.

Non Refundable Items

  • Opened or used food products
  • Products discounted during promotions
  • Orders returned after the allowed time frame

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before shipping. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
